I actually haven't played World of Warcraft in a while, due to lack of funds, and an increasing lack of interest, but I still love going through all the screenshots I've taken to remember my exploits by.

Tonight I thought I'd show all the framed paintings I've discovered in W.o.W. There are quite a few different portraits scattered all over, did I miss any?

Ride of the Val'kyr

If you don't get it, watch the clip...the flying creature is a Val'kyr, a World of Warcraft creature based on the Valkyrie, featured in Wagner's Ride of the Valkyries the famous opera number spoofed by Looney Tunes.

I Have Returned!

I'm back, and I'm stepping things up! I hope to return to posting on a weekly basis again, now that I finally have the time and the content to justify it.  To start with, I've started a new Cheezburger site: WoW lols, where I've begun posting captioned screenshots from World of Warcraft.  Here's a sample:

World of Warcraft Vortex Effect

In World of Warcraft, I like to get as many unique, fancy screenshots as I can. In the Arcatraz dungeon instance I took a screenshot of an energy spiral on the inside, and on the outside. I used a Mini-Zep Blimp I received in the Wintervale holiday event as a kind of sky-cam.
